To restore balance to your body mind and spirit by aligning with the rhythms of nature and eliminating any toxins through Ayurvedic daily cleansing practises as well as optimising your overall health by learning about Seasonal cleansing .We will introduce breathing exercises, Yoga, meditation and self-care that will not only cleanse your body and mind during the retreat but will empower you to make lifestyle choices that will help you optimise your own wellbeing everyday .

Please bring sports clothes and shoes for yoga, Pilates classes and hiking session.

Meet Liana personally for an introduction to Marbella and the beautiful Marbella club. Have a relaxing stroll through the resort in the sunshine and if you have any questions I will be happy to answer them all for you .
6 pm – Welcome
Meet the wider Wellness team who will introduce the retreat theme, explain our wellness pillars and go over your itinerary. Enjoy a detoxifying juice with liver nutrients such as broccoli, kale, ginger and lemon.
8 pm – Mocktails & Dinner
Start with mocktails incorporating detoxifying nutrients such as ginger and turmeric to support the phase 1 detoxification pathway.
A delicious meal with a rainbow of colours, including B vitamins and cofactors for the detoxification process, such as green leafy vegetables, asparagus, legumes, nuts, and seeds.
Thursday, 23 September 21
8 am – Therapeutic Yoga
Restorative sequence to soothe injures or pain. Easy and flowing movement techniques, combines with meditation exercises.
9 am – Light Breakfast
A variety of cold and hot dishes available to attendees until 12 pm.
9 am – 12 pm – Nutritional Consultation
A 60 minutes consultation with our naturopath nutritionist and OR your Ayurvedic Health instructor . Enliven your body and mind and enhance your digestion by expanding your awareness of the 6 tastes , how to eating mindfully, The microbiome and how your body digests not only your food but also your emotions and everything that you take in during your day.
11 am – 1pm – Spa Time
Time for all attendees to go to the spa in between their nutritional consultations. Enjoy a 45 minutes exfoliation in Vichy shower and a session at the dynamic seawater pool.
1:30 pm – Mediterranean Lunch al fresco
A nourishing lunch incorporating plant bioactive and amino acids supporting and promoting the phase 2 detoxification pathways, by making the toxins less reactive and safely excreting them. These will include legumes, rocket, and watercress, as well as turmeric, garlic, and onion.
4 pm – “Detox” Talk
Learn how to detox the liver via healthy juices and treats full of herbs and spices, rich in phytochemicals, such as turmeric, spirulina, moringa and zin
5:30 pm – Mat Pilates OR Mediation with Liana _ The divine feminine Mantra Meditation.
A system of exercises designed to strengthen the body and improve core muscle tone. Engaging the mind in the control of the body promotes balance and coordination through breathing techniques.
8 pm – Healthy Dinner
A detoxifying meal incorporating organosulfur compounds involved in the modulation of liver detoxification enzymes. Sulphur is also required for the synthesis of glutathione, a key antioxidant in liver detoxification pathways, and foods rich in glutathione include asparagus, broccoli, avocados as well as watermelon and papaya.
Friday, 24 September 21
8 am – Balance
A body composition and posture-based exercise mixed with slow and deep breathing.
9:15 – 9:45 am – Breakfast
A delicious wellness breakfast.
10 -11:30 am – Bicycle Tour
Cycle from the Marbella Club to the old town
12 pm – Cooking Demo and Lunch
The Wellness Chef will demonstrate how to prepare healthy dishes full of colourful antioxidants. These are vital in reducing free radicals produced from phase 1 biotransformation, protecting from cellular and DNA damage.
A delicious meal full of herbs and spices, high in active constituents and phytochemicals that offer antioxidant activity, conserving antioxidant enzyme systems. These will include turmeric, cilantro, cumin, parsley and mint.
3:30 – 7:30 pm – Personalised Guided Session
Personalised session with manual test for liver dysfunction: muscle, joint, myofascial and lymphatic mobilisation. Passive and guided cleansing exercises, through breathing and posture (pranayama and kriyas).
4:30 – 7:30 pm – Spa Time
Time for all attendees to go to the spa in between their coaching session. Enjoy a session at the dynamic seawater pool.
8 pm – Mocktails & Dinner
Start with antioxidant rich mocktails reducing the body of oxidative stress.
Continuing with a delicious meal nourishing the body with cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, kale, watercress, rocket, etc. Full of isothiocyanates, helping to downregulate phase 1 and induce phase 2 detoxification enzymes.
Saturday, 25th September 21
8 am – Yoga Reset & Lift
Boost your energy and self-esteem and find overall wellbeing while discovering your potential.
9:15 -10 am – Breakfast
A delicious wellness breakfast.
10:30 am – 1pm – Departure Consultation
One to one consultation with Liana .
1:30 pm – Healthy Lunch
A delicious meal that incorporates the 4R ́s for optimum gut health:
Remove hyper allergenic foods, free from gluten, dairy, additives, and instead made with lots of love and detoxifying ingredients, such as pomegranate, onions, garlic, ginger, beetroot and cruciferous vegetables.
Replace with bitter foods to stimulate the liver and to increase bile flow, such as dandelion root, endives, chicory, beets, artichoke, rocket and watercress.
3:30 – 5:30 pm – Spa Time
Receive a 60 minutes Detox wrap and enjoy a session at the dynamic seawater pool.
6 pm – Guided Meditation
Intellectual exercise that brings mind and body into a state of total relaxation. This practice enhances creativity, happiness, general health and understanding.
Learn 3 Ayurvedic breathing practises to stimulate the Vagus nerve and cleanse the body .Learn about the benefits of Meditation and the different types of meditation for grounding , calming and destressing as well as energising the body and mind.
8 pm – Mocktails Demo & Dinner
Start with detoxifying mocktails that also stimulate the digestive juices, helping to digest and absorb the delicious food more easily.
Continuing with the 4R ́s, this will be a delicious meal concentrating on:
Reinoculating the gut with high soluble fibre “prebiotic” foods that good bugs like to eat, such as chicory, Jerusalem artichoke, garlic and onion, amongst others.
Repairing the gut by consuming key nutrients such as zinc, antioxidants (e.g. vitamins A, C, and E), omega 3, and the amino acid glutamine.
