Retreat cost 875 euro
Price per person sharing and subject to availability.

3 nights in a boutique 4 star hotel or choice of Private Villas for small groups.
Bed and breakfast .
Yoga on the beach – 1 day experience

Bike tour of the promenade- 1 day
One 30 minute Personal consultation with Liana .
What is not included.
Flights and Airport transfers. (transfers can be arranged by Liana)
Lunch, Dinner or refreshments (although can be reserved by Liana and some amazing recommendations given)
Turkish bath in Malaga .(can be arranged by Liana)
Luxury Spa day.(can be arranged by Liana)

4 Day Total Wellbeing Retreat
Our goal is to ensure that you have a fun-filled holiday in the sunshine while improving your overall well-being. You will learn professional tips for maintaining an optimum state long after your holiday comes to end.
All the experiences are always optional and if you prefer a lazy beach day on some or all of the days that’s always perfectly fine. We can tailor your wellness experience to exactly how you like it!
Useful Information
Let us know if you have any allergies or /and intolerances.
Don ́t forget to communicate if you have any muscle or bone problems. Please complete a Nutritional Consultation Pre-arrival Form.
Recommended Clothing
Please bring sports clothes and shoes for yoga, pilates classes and hiking session.
Don ́t forget your swimwear for Spa treatments. Elegant attire is required when dinning at hotel accommodation.

Agenda
Day 1
From 3pm
Arrival, Check-in
5 pm – Welcome drink
Meet Liana for an introduction to the beautiful Marbella, your residence of choice and the opportunity to meet other guests if you wish.
Liana will be available to answer any questions you may have.
7 pm – Dinner
We choose from a selection of renowned restaurants in Marbella, many of which have live entertainment and are ideally located.

Day 2
Morning
Breakfast overlooking the beach or as a residence guest, you may prefer to take it by the pool or on one of the upper terraces.
11:30 – 12.45 pm – Yoga on the beach with Liana
Or
Learn the benefits of Meditation with Liana on the beach, setting an intention for the most wonderful holiday experience.
Afternoon
Lunch and a long lazy day by the beach.
You may wish to book a private class with Liana or one of the many other wellness experiences.
Or
For those more active a visit to Marbella and a cycle along the beautiful beach promenade, stopping for refreshments along the way.
8 pm – Dinner
Live music is provided with dinner most evenings.

Day 3
8 am Breakfast
9 am – 1 pm – Hiking
A picturesque route bordering the Juanar. A hiking trail of 6 -7km with a Medium/high difficulty. (3h duration)
Or
If you prefer, Liana will hold a relaxing but empowering class in the sunshine on how to align ourselves with the Rhythms of Nature, the circadian /seasonal /Lunar /tidal /celestial, how to perform a seasonal detox and healthy daily routines that enliven you and keep your body, mind and spirit balanced.
2 pm – 3:30 pm – Mediterranean Lunch
4 – 5.30 pm
Lazy beach afternoon.
OR
A class by Liana based on the teachings of Deepak Chopra on the six most important pillars of health to focus on in our daily lifestyle: Sleep, meditation, movement/physical activity, healthy emotions, nutrition and self-care.
8am – Dinner
Live entertainment is provided with dinner most evenings.

Day 4
8 am Breakfast at leisure
10.30 -12 noon
Personal one on one Consultation with Liana. Receive personalised advice and recommendations.
Check-Out & Transfer
