Waiver

1. I attest that I have no psychological, medical condition that would prevent me from participation in a Rituals Marbella coaching or yoga class.

2. I will faithfully follow all instructions given to me by you and your instructors as to when, where and how to perform and not to perform Yoga or coaching exercises, it being understood that any deviation by me from such instruction shall be at my own risk.

3. I will not hold you, your partners, instructors or employees responsible for any injuries suffered by me caused whole or in part by my failure to faithfully follow the instructions of you or your instructors or by any physical impairment of mine not fully disclosed to you in writing.

4. The tuition/ membership paid and such registration fees paid are non-refundable.

5. I hereby RELEASE AND DISCHARGE Rituals Marbella SL AND IT’S DIRECTORS, STAFF, EMPLOYEES and any other representatives or instructors from any and all liability, claims, sue, demands, causes or actions that I may have for injuries, death or damage arising out of my participation in any classes provided by Rituals Marbella both coaching or Yoga .

6. I acknowledge and agree that Rituals Marbella is not responsible for replacing lost, damaged or stolen articles. 

7. I acknowledge that any membership can be revoked due to inappropiate behaveour; such decision is entirely within the discretion of Rituals Marbella.

8. Clases and schedules are subject to changes.

1. Certifico que no tengo ninguna condición médica o psicológica que me impida participar en alguna Rituals Marbella coaching or yoga classes .

2. Seguiré fielmente todas las instrucciones que me hayan dado sus instructores sobre cuándo, dónde y cómo realizar y no realizar los ejercicios de Yoga or coaching classes entendiendo que cualquier desviación por mi parte de dicha instrucción será bajo mi propio riesgo.

3. No haré que usted, sus socios, instructores o empleados sean responsables de las lesiones sufridas por mí causadas en su totalidad o en parte por mi falta de seguir fielmente las instrucciones de usted o sus instructores o por cualquier impedimento físico mío que no se haya revelado completamente a usted por escrito.

4. La matrícula / bono pagado y las tarifas de inscripción pagadas no son reembolsables.

5. Por la presente LIBERO Y DESCARGO a Rituals Marbella SL Y SUS DIRECTORES, PERSONAL, EMPLEADOS y cualquier otro representante o instructor de toda responsabilidad, reclamación, demanda, causas o acciones que pueda tener por lesiones, muerte o daños que surjan de mi participación en clases Rituals Marbella both coaching or Yoga .

6. Reconozco y acepto que Rituals Marbella no es responsable de reemplazar artículos perdidos, dañados o robados.

7. Reconozco que cualquier bono o inscripción  pueden ser revocados  debido a un comportamiento inadecuado; tal decisión queda enteramente a discreción de Rituals Marbella 

8. Las clases y los horarios están sujetos a cambios.
