Food is truly our medicine. As an Ayurvedic total wellbeing instructor I am passionate about sharing my knowledge of the powerful benefits of food as a way to prevent illness. Food should be fresh, in season and bursting with colour. It is important to remember that the best time to eat our main meal is between 12 and 2pm when our digestive fire is at its strongest. Make time to eat, savour every mouthful. In order to gain the maximum nourishment, never eat left overs from the day before and avoid freezing food.
